General Information
- The plans for your Wedding should begin at least 3-9 months before the event
- Date, time and space confirmation requires a signed contract and an initial Deposit.
- Menus should be determined at least 60 days prior to your event.
- An additional deposit in the Amount of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
- Final payment, guest count and final room design is due 7 days prior to your event. The final payment must be in the form of a bank check, cashiers check make payable to Touch Of Elegance or cash.
- There will be a fee to coordinate from 1 to 12 people in the bridal party.
- There will be an additional coordination fee for each additional 4 persons in the bridal party
- All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 6% state sales tax.
- Chair covers and sashes in select color are also available at an additional charge.
- If required, a Minister can be identified for you, at an additional cost.
- There is a charge for set-up and break down.
- Banquet Room & Prices are dependent on size and location.
- There will be no refund for defaults on any of the event contracts.
- Any Changes to the event date should be made at least 30 days in advance. Later changes will attract a surcharge.
- Contract(s) will be required for all events.
