We provide full-service wedding planning and production, and we are known for combining production with design and logistics, which allows you the unique opportunity to be a guest at your own wedding. General Information

  • The plans for your Wedding should begin at least 3-9 months before the event
  • Date, time and space confirmation requires a signed contract and an initial Deposit.
  • Menus should be determined at least 60 days prior to your event.
  • An additional deposit in the Amount of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
  • Final payment, guest count and final room design is due 7 days prior to your event. The final payment must be in the form of a bank check, cashiers check make payable to Touch Of Elegance or cash.
  • There will be a fee to coordinate from 1 to 12 people in the bridal party.
  • There will be an additional coordination fee for each additional 4 persons in the bridal party
  • All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 6% state sales tax.
  • Chair covers and sashes in select color are also available at an additional charge.
  • If required, a Minister can be identified for you, at an additional cost.
  • There is a charge for set-up and break down.
  • Banquet Room & Prices are dependent on size and location.
  • There will be no refund for defaults on any of the event contracts.
  • Any Changes to the event date should be made at least 30 days in advance. Later changes will attract a surcharge.
  • Contract(s) will be required for all events.
